THE CCR HUB COMMUNITY

Where Recovery Meets Education

Coercive control convinces you that no one would understand, no one would believe you, or that you’re the only one this has happened to. None of that is true — and inside the CCR Hub Community, you’ll see it isn’t the moment you arrive.

This is a private, supportive space for anyone affected by coercive control or domestic abuse, at any stage of their experience — whether you’re still in it, newly out, or years into rebuilding. Wherever you are, you don’t have to be there alone.

It’s incredibly hard to recover from something you don’t fully understand. That’s why the CCR Hub brings recovery and education together, rather than treating them as separate things. Alongside deep, personal support, you’ll build real understanding of what coercive control actually is — because knowledge is power. The more you know and understand, the more you’ll recognise it early, and that recognition is a protective layer every one of us needs, whatever our age or gender.

You’ll be among other people who share the unfortunate experience of coercive control and domestic abuse — people who understand without you needing to explain, justify, or minimise what happened to you. You’ll be able to interact with others no matter where you are or what time of day it is, and get your voice heard by people who will truly listen.
